摘要
通过分析转炉工序能耗，了解回收二次能源在炼钢工序中的重要性。介绍了南钢65t转炉蒸汽、煤气回收利用的工艺流程及实现蒸汽、煤气回收利用所开展的一些工作，探讨了南钢转炉实现“负能”炼钢的途径。
The importance of secondary energy source recovery in steelmaking procedure was found out by analyzing energy consumption of steelmaking process. The technological flow of reutilization of steam and gas for 65t converter and the works for realizing reutilization of steam and gas were introduced, and furthermore, the ways to realize converter steelmaking with negative energy consumption were discussed.
