摘要
通过分析100t转炉冶炼工艺中存在的问题,对冶炼工艺进行优化,提高转炉过程控制能力和一倒炉命中率,结果表明:过程喷溅可降低至9%,冶炼终点命中率提高到63% 以上。
The steelmaking process was optimizied by analyzing the problems existing in steelmaking process of 100t converter to improve the control ability and hit rate of one heat during converter steelmaking. And these results show that procedure splashing can be reduced to 9% and hit rate of steelmaking end point can be improved to 63% and more.
