摘要
由于铸坯弯曲、划痕等缺陷较为严重,导致这部份铸坯降级外卖或判废,针对这些问题认真分析了二冷水、喷嘴堵塞、足辊积渣、切割毛刺等因素,通过技术改进及严格管理,提高铸坯表面质量和铸坯合格率。
Some casting blanks would be degraded or determined as wastes because of sever casting blank curving, scratch marks. The surface quality and percent of pass of casting blank were improved by analyzing the influencing factors, such as secondary cooling water, nozzle fouling, slag build-up on foot-roller and cutting burr, and technical reformation and strict management.
