Application and Research on Wireless Transportation Bogie Ladle Scale

车载钢包秤适用于冶金行业炼钢厂钢水出炉时的钢水重量数据采集和监控。其主要作用：（1）提供钢包钢水净重量，控制电炉翻转，预留炉内一定钢水，提高冶炼速度，降低能源消耗；（2）提供下道工序需要的钢水重量数据，指导下道工序工作，降低生产成本，提高产品的质量，如特钢厂精炼炉合金配方、铸锭间的钢水浇铸等；（3）提供每炉钢水出炉时的钢水称重数据，为实现冶金数据计算机网络管理，即ERP系统管理提供了条件等。

Bogie ladle scale applies to collect and monitor liquid steel steelmaking plant of metallurgical industry. Its main functions are as follow： weight while tapping in （1） supply net weight of liquid steel in ladle to control tilt electric furnace, preserve a given amount of liquid steel in furnace to improve smelting speed and reduce energy consumption; （2） supply liquid steel weight needed for next procedure to guide next step and reduce production cost and improve product quality, such as the alloy proportion for refining furnace and liquid steel casting; （3） supply the liquid steel weight of each heat while tapping and offer the conditions for realizing metallurgical data network management, namely EPR system management.
