摘要
在连续2年的试验中研究了水稻品种特青和Jasmine85对纹枯病抗性的遗传。对亲本、F1、F2、F3和回交世代的接种结果表明,在与感病亲本Cypress和Maybele杂交的组合中,2个抗源表现分别具有一对显性抗纹枯病基因。这2个主效基因是不等位且彼此独立的。
Bulked seeds for each F 4 Lines from the cross Jasmine 85/Teqing was planted in the fields at the LSU Rice Research Station (U S A ) and at the Experimental Farm of Jiangsu Agric Coll (P R China) The inoculated test by Rhizoctonia solani Kühn indicated that the resistance levels of most lines were similar to their resistant parents However, a few lines were significantly more or less resistant than their parents The results suggested that most lines only inherited one of the two nonallelic dominant major resistance genes from Jasmine 85 and Teqing The others inherited both resistance genes, or did not get any major resistance gene from the resistant parents
