摘要
经抗旱型种子复合包衣剂JAW处理的小麦种子,在干旱土壤中出苗提前、出苗率增加。苗期给予短期干旱胁迫时,经JAW包衣处理的小麦具有较高的叶片相对含水量、水势、净光合速率和较低的质膜相对透性、丙二醛含量。同时,明显减小干旱造成的叶片叶绿素含量降低的幅度,显著提高反复干旱后的幼苗存活率。对于长期生长于干旱土壤上的小麦,JAW包衣使群体在整个生育期内叶面积指数。
Pot and field experiment was conducted to evaluated the role of JAW, a seed coating compound produced by the Applied chemistry Lab of Jiangsu Agricultural College, in improving the drought resistance of wheat seedlings. The results indicated that seed treatment with JAW increased emergance percentage as well as the relative water content, water potentiol and net photosynthetic rate of leaves and decreased the relative permeability of plasma membrance and malodiadehyde content under soil water stress. Furthermore,the treatment mitigated the decomposition of cholorphyll and increased the surviral rate of wheat seedlings, the LAI and dry matter accumulation in different developing stages under drought condition.
