摘要
追求安全、健康、舒适和美观是整体厨房设计的目的。本文通过设计调查,建立了整体厨房用户模型,通过人机工程学中舒适人体尺寸的运用,研究了厨房空间的合理平面布局方式、整体厨房的平面剖面尺度以及合理的储藏空间等,使用户大大提高工作效率和操作的舒适度。
Combining cabinets and electrics, integrated kitchen pursues security, health, comfort and grace under the premise of its consummate functions. To gain this goal, Ergonomics theories should be applied to the design of integrated kitchen. Through the application of theories and the study of the operating procedure of the consumers and the sizes of human body, this article discusses the reasonable plane arrangement of the kitchen space, the plane and the section sizes of the integrated kitchen and the reasonable storing space, thus can greatly improve the consumers' working efficiency and the comfort degree.
