摘要
喀麦隆高等教育在1993年改革之后有了很大的发展,但仍存在许多不足。本文主要分析喀麦隆高等教育机构自1993年改革以来在行政管理、资金筹措、战略规划、教学质量控制、知识创新等能力建设方面的现状、问题及其成因。
Cameroon's higher education has made great progress after reform in 1993. But there still are many deficiency. This article mainly analyzes the present situations, problems and causes of administrative management, fund raising, strategic planning, teaching quality cintrol, knowledge innovation and so on which are important elements in capability construction of higher education institutions after 1993.
