和谐临床护理教学模式的实践与体会

摘要 [目的]运用系统论的观点和恩想,力求将临床护理教学过程中四个要素(带教老师、实习护生、教育内容、教学方法)之间始终处于一种密切配合,互相协调的和谐状态,从而提高临床护理教学的质量。[方法]对40名护生在临床教学过程中,做到带教老师与实习护生的和谐、带教老师与教育内容的和谐、带教老师与教学方法的和谐、护生与教育内容的和谐、护生与教学方法的和谐、教育内容与教学方法的和谐。[结果]护生在我院实习期间,热爱本职工作,病人满意率达98%,无发生差错事故。[结论]在临床护理带教过程中,应用和谐的临床护理教学模式,使临床护理老师的自身素质、教学能力和专业技术水平得到进一步提高。 Objective: To try to keep the four principles including teacher, nursing students in practice, educational contents and teaching method in a harmonious state of closely cooperation and mutual concordance all the time by applying viewpoints and concept of system theory, so as to improve the quality of clinical nursing teaching. Methods: In the course of clinical teaching of 40 nursing students, we have made the harmonies between teachers and nurses in practice, between teachers and educational contents, between teachers and teaching methods, between nursing students and educational contents, between nursing students and teaching methods and between educational contents and teaching methods. Results: During their practice in our hospital, nurses loved their work, and patient's satisfying rate had achieved 98 %. No errors and accidents occurred in our hospital. Conclusion: In the course of clinical nursing teaching, application of harmonious clinical nursing teaching mode can enhance the selfquality, teaching ability and professional technical level of clinical nursing teachers a step further.
