新课程背景下中学图书馆员的角色定位

摘要 《基础教育课程改革纲要(试行)》中明确了图书馆是重要的课程资源。因此,新课程背景下中学图书馆员的角色必须重新定位:从新课程实施的旁观者转变为积极的参与者;从图书的保管者转变为课程资源的开发者;从资料的提供者转变为课程资源利用的指导者;从后勤服务者转变为研究性学习的合作者;从图书管理者转变为学生自主学习的引领者。研究新课程背景下图书馆员的角色定位问题是中学图书馆发展的必然要求。 According to "Essentials of the Reform in Basic Educational Curriculum", a library is an important resource of teaching courses. Therefore, a librarian of a middle school should adopt himself/herself to circumstances in the new period that is: from an onlooker to an active participant; from a collector of books to an explorer of the new teaching materials; from the resources supplier to a teacher in terms of teaching material utilization; from a rear-service personnel to a helper to the students in their research; from a librarian to a guide in their self-study. A librarian of a middle school should have a new ideas of what role he/she is expected to play in his /her work, which is important to the development of a library.
