本文提出了区级公共图书馆做好宣传招贴设计工作的意义及其与商业广告的不同之处,同时阐述了宣传招贴作为区级公共图书馆的一种信息传播方式,在设计时应把握的几项原则,并通过自身的工作经验,提出一些创作体会和看法。
