肥胖与糖尿病、高血压病的相关性探讨

Observation of the relationship of obesity with diabetes and hypertension

对新疆省克拉玛依市事业单位4830名职工测定身高、体重、腰围、血压和血糖。在肥胖(615例)、超重(2098例)和正常体重(2117例)三组间比较发现:(1)糖耐量减低的患病率:肥胖组(26%)和超重组(21%)明显高于正常组(12%),肥胖组也高于超重组;(2)2型糖尿病的患病率:肥胖组(11%)和超重组(7%)明显高于正常组(3%),肥胖组也高于超重组;(3)高血压病的患病率:肥胖组(52%)和超重组(35%)明显高于正常组(14%),肥胖组也高于超重组。

Performed were anthropometry of body height and weight, waist circumference （WC）, BMI, BP and serum glucose in 4830 subjects of enterpose and enterprise units in Klamayi city, Xingjiang Province. In comparison among groups of obesity （Ob, n =615）, over weight （OW, n =2098） and normal weight （ NW, n = 2117 ）, IGT prevalences were significantly （ P 〈 0. 05 ） higher in Ob （26%） and OW （21%） versus NW （12%）, and higher in Ob versus OW. The T2DM prevalences were significantly （P 〈 0.05） higher in Ob （11%） and OW （7%） versus NW（3.4% ）, and higher in Ob versus OW. The hyper- tension prevalences were significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ） higher in Ob （ 52% ） and OW （ 35% ） versus NW （ 14% ）, and higher in Ob versus OW.
