干旱胁迫对大豆酶活性的影响 被引量:15

摘要 为研究不同大豆品种在干旱胁迫下各相关酶系的变化,进而为不同大豆品种抗旱能力的评价给出参考指标。测定了6个大豆品种干旱处理后根系中超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶、多酚氧化酶活性及丙二醛含量的变化情况。结果显示在干旱胁迫下大豆根中超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶活性显著增加,是大豆植株保护酶系统的重要组成部分;丙二醛含量显著增加,是判断大豆植株遭受干旱的重要指标;多酚氧化酶活性没有显著变化,可能不是大豆植株保护酶系的必要部分。 In order to study enzymes change of different soybean varieties under drought stress and provide indexes for evaluation drought tolerance capacity of different soybean varieties, the changes of superoxide dismutase, peroxidase, catalase, polyphenol oxidase activity and malondialdehyde content in the root of six soybean varieties under drought stress were determined in this experiment. Results showed that the activity of superoxide dismutase, peroxidase, catalase increased obviously, which indicated they are important components of the protective enzyme system. Malondialdehyde content increasing markedly could be used as the important index of hurt degree to judge whether the soybean was suffered drought or not. Polyphenol oxidase activity did not change markedly, therefore it may be not the essential component of the protective enzyme system in soybean plants.
