摘要
目的探讨丹那唑宫内给药装置治疗实验性ICR小鼠子宫腺肌病的有效性。方法垂体移植法建立ICR小鼠子宫腺肌病实验模型,观察携带不同剂量的丹那唑宫内给药治疗ICR小鼠子宫腺肌病的疗效。结果携带不同剂量的丹那唑宫内给药治疗ICR小鼠子宫腺肌病2个月后,小鼠子宫湿重/终末体重的比值、子宫腺肌病大体结节数以及组织学HE评级分数均低于未治疗组,其中丹那唑宫内给药1.0mg和2.0mg最明显,与丹那唑口服组相当。结论丹那唑宫内给药装置可有效治疗ICR小鼠子宫腺肌病,可进行后继临床试验。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of danazol - loaded intrauterine device in treating experimentally induced uterine adenomyosis in the ICR mice. Methods ICR mice model of uterine adenomyosis was induced by pituitary grafting to investigate the effectiveness of danazol-loaded intrauterine device. Results After utilization of danazol-loaded intrauterine device for 2 months, the results of different groups were compared and analyzed. Uterine wet weight/bedy weight ratio and the number of extrauterine nodules and the grading score of HE staining of treated group were less than that of untreated group. The results of danazol-loaded intrauterine device group were the same as that of danazol orally-taking group. Conclusions The danazol-loaded intrauterine device can treat experimentally induced uterine adenomyosis in the ICR mice effectively. Further clinical trial can be performed.
