The development process of traditional network plan is introduced. Its shortages existed in preparing construction schedule of building engineering are pointed out. Based upon basic principle of fuzzy mathematics fuzzy network model is built. In addition, combined with construction example the application of fuzzy mathematics in management of working-day claims is elaborated. In the end suggestions are proposed to determine fuzzy duration.
