主要从员工职业生涯的设计与管理两个方面进行重点论证,指出了企业通过帮助员工实现个人职业发展目标,同时实现企业目标,达到个人和组织的"双赢",才能使组织得以发展,个人取得成功。
From two aspects: design and management of vocational careers of staff discussion is made. Author points out enterprises can realize double-win of personal and group through career programming to help staff realize their career development objective in process to realize business objective, which is essential to made development of enterprises and achieve success to personal.
