以某规划建设的工业园为例,从中观和微观的角度反思"正规划"存在的必然性和必要性,以及与"反规划"设计之间的矛盾,并试图从正规化的角度,以"反规划"的手法探索解决正规划实施过程中所造成的环境破坏问题的途径,达到构建人造环境下的完整生态格局之目的。

Taking a certain industrial park as an example, the article reflects the inevitability and necessity of the existence ot “positive planning” and its contradiction with “counter planning” design from macroscopy and microscopy, and tries to probe into the way to solve the problems of environmental damage during implementation process of positive planning with “counter planning” technique from the angle of positive planning, in order to build integrate ecological pattern under artificial environment.
