分析了不平衡报价的原因、类型及后果,提出了识别及分析的方法,探讨了业主工程造价管理中应对不平衡报价的措施,指出业主在工程造价管理中严格控制不平衡报价的重要性,以保证工程的进展和质量。
The article analyzes the causes, types and aftermaths of unbalanced quoted price, proposes methods to identify and analyzes it, discusses measures for its treatment in construction cost management, and points out the importance of strictly controlling unbalanced quoted price by owners in construction cost management, in order to ensure the process and quality of engineering.
