摘要
从建筑形式、结构体系、制作施工、综合造价等方面对钢结构住宅建筑体系用于民用住宅的独特优势进行了分析阐述,并对钢结构的环保与可持续发展进行了论述,以适应当前住宅产业化的要求。
The article analyzes and illustrates the unique advantages of steel structural building system used in residential houses from architectural form, architectural structure, construction and comprehensive cost, and discusses environmental protection and sustainable development of steel structure, in order to be geared to the requirement of current housing industrialization.
