温岭软土地区建筑桩基沉降规律研究

Study on settlement of pile foundation in Wenling soft ground

将理论计算值和实测沉降值进行比较,得出适合温岭软土地基的沉降计算方法,并根据温岭地区具有代表性的己建建筑的实测沉降,统计得出桩基沉降计算公式,该公式适用于方案设计阶段和初步设计阶段桩基沉降量的预估。

The theoretical results are compared with the measured settlements. The settlement computing method suitable for Wenling soft soil is developed with comprehensive statistic method. The formula is applied in calculating the settlement of pile foundation on the basis of the measured settlement value by the writer of Wenling representative built buildings. The results show that it is very suitable for the pre-estima- tion of the pile settlement inpreliminary design.
