我国优秀运动员文化教育理念的重构

Reconstruction of Idea of Cultural Education to Topnotch Athletes in Our Country

在回顾我国优秀运动员文化教育方针政策的基础上,对我国优秀运动员文化教育实践和理念上存在的问题进行反思。分析我国优秀运动员文化教育的必要性,指出实施文化教育的途径:加强文化课学习,营造文化环境和文化氛围,执行《中华人民共和国义务教育法》,发挥“举国体制”的优势,加快“体教结合”步伐,构建体育系统内的教育体系等。

Based on the retrospection to the guiding principle and policy of cultural education to the toPnotch athletes of our country, it reflected on the Chinese topnotch athletes＇ cultural education issues existing in practice and idea. It analyzed the necessity for cultural education to the topnotch athletes of our country, pointed out the channel to put into practice the cultural education to them, such as arranging the lessons to learn to read and write, coIlstructing cultural environment and atmospherel implementing ＂the Compulsory Education Law of the People＇s Repulic of China＂, bringing into play the advantage of ＂whole nation system＂, quickening the steps of the combination of sport and education, constructing an educational system in the sports organizations and so on.
