摘要 鉴于超临界流体直接从番茄皮渣中萃取番茄红素效率较差,选择溶剂预浸提原料,以提高后续超临界流体萃取用料的纯度和番茄红素的游离度。主要考察了溶剂种类、提取时间、温度和提取次数等因素对番茄红素提取率的影响。结果表明,选择石油醚为提取溶剂,料液比1∶6,提取时间2h,温度30℃,提取3次时,能将原料中番茄红素的含量提高到1.866%。 As the efficiency of lycopene by supercritical fluid extraction was much lower, the authors used the way of solvent pre-process to increase the stuff's purity and the dissociation degree of lyconpene. This paper mainly investigate different effect of factors,such as solvent, ratio of solid-liquid,time,temperature and times on extraction. The result showed that under the conditions of extraction: solvent was petroleum-aether,ratio of solid-liquid was 1:6, extraction time was 2h, temperature was 30℃,times were 3, the content of lycopene reached 1.866%.
