摘要
应用型本科院校人才培养工作的特殊性决定了其教师人力资源管理工作的特殊性,根据现代人力资源管理的理念,提出应用型本科院校教师人力资源管理的若干策略,即树立"以教师为本"的管理理念;科学规划师资队伍;实行动态聘任管理;实行多元化的业绩考评与激励机制等。
The particularity of training talented persons decides the particularity of the task of teachers" human resource management. According to modern ideas of human resource management, several strategies of managing teachers" human resources in application - orientated universities are suggested. They are establishment of managing concept of "teacher - orientation", scientific planning of teachers, implementation of dynamic recruitment, and diversified performance appraisal and motivation etc.
