摘要
使用造纸工艺制备了一种碳质双层纸基摩擦材料,采用TG-DTA热分析、惯量摩擦试验和定速摩擦试验研究了摩擦材料的耐热性能和摩擦磨损性能,获得了碳质双层纸基摩擦材料的静摩擦力矩曲线.试验结果显示,碳质双层纸基摩擦材料耐热性能良好,动摩擦稳定,静摩擦系数低,磨损率小,载荷适应性强,是一种适合于在高载荷条件下使用的低静/动摩擦系数比纸基摩擦材料.
To exert the excellent tribological characteristics of carbon material, a two-ply paper-based friction material was successfully developed by paper making process. The thermal durability of the prepared material was investigated by TG-DTA analysis and the tribological performances were investigated with inertia friction tester and constant speed friction tester respectively. Additionaly, the static friction torque curve of such material was obtained for the first time. Results show that the twoply paper-based friction material, which has excellent thermal durability, stable dynamic coefficient of friction, low wear rate and low ratio in static/dynamic fiction, is suitable to be used in high load condition.
