我院2005年抗肿瘤药物应用现状及分析

Analysis of antineoplastic drugs used in our hospital in 2005

目的:调查我院住院病人2005年抗肿瘤药物使用情况,对目前抗肿瘤药物的使用状况及发展趋势进行分析。方法:统计我院2005年抗肿瘤药物使用的种类及所需费用,采用用药频度(DDDs)方法,对抗肿瘤药用药频度和用药费用进行分析。结果:统计显示我院2005年应用抗肿瘤药物6大类共36个品种,DDDs排序前3位的是昂丹司琼、他莫昔芬和顺铂注射液。结论:我院化疗药物的选择趋向于疗效高、副作用小、价格相对便宜的品种,基本符合我国当前药品消耗总趋势。

Objective：To investigate the antineoplastic drugs used in 2005 in our hospital and analyze the current situation and future trend of antineoplastic use.Method：The data of frequency and cost of antineoplastic based on DDDs methods were analyzed, Results：There were 6 categories, 36 kinds of antineoplastic drugs used in 2005.Ondansetron injection,Tamoxifen citrate tablets and Cisplatin injection were the top 3 drugs in all antineoplastic DDDs.Conclusion：The domestic chemotherapeutant selection in our hospital tended to the breed of well treatment effect, a little side effect and the low price.It conform to the current medicine consumption tendency.
