摘要
本文是一篇从特定角度研究危机管理的文章,它围绕酒店的危机事件管理进行论述。酒店面对复杂多变的社会环境,突发事件时有发生,要驾驭和处理这些危机,渡过难关,就要做好准备,做到有备无患。然而,对酒店的危机管理研究,目前还鲜有定量分析和模型构建。本文着重探讨酒店危机事件的分类分级,并以某市"8.27"事件为例,构建酒店的食物中毒应急管理预案。
This article talks about the management of a company in trouble, which focuses on the hotels. Hotel faces various social environment, So hotel managers must learn to deal with crisis . The most effective method is getting ready for them, Now there is few researches by using the quantity and model on the crisis management at hotel, This article will discuses categorization and gradation of crisis event at hotel and sets up an emergency plan by taking the 8·27 event in a certain city as example.
