Evolutionary Game Analysis of Tourist Route Development Decision-making——the Solution of Externality Influence on Tourist Route Development

由于外部性对旅游线路开发的影响,使得旅游线路开发中"搭便车"现象普遍存在。本文应用演化博弈理论对旅行社旅游线路开发决策行为的动态演化过程进行深入分析,揭示出外部性对旅行社线路开发决策的影响以及系统的动态演化路径,在此基础之上引入成本控制和风险管理理论提出解决旅游线路开发中外部性问题的新思路。

＂Free ride＂ becomes very common in tourist route development influenced by externality. This paper analyzes the dynamic evolutionary process of tourist route development decision-making in travel service by applying Evolutionary game theory, and indicates extemality＇s influence on tourist route development decision-making and the way of system＇s dynamic evolution. Based on this analysis, cost control and risk management theory are brought out to show a new way to solve externality problem.
