摘要
目的直丝弓与方丝弓矫治技术支抗丧失的比较研究。方法选择安氏Ⅰ类错患者60名,平均年龄14岁,牙列轻、中度拥挤,恒牙牙合,均拔除4个前磨牙,弱支抗。患者均分为两组,一组用MBT技术,另一组用标准方丝技术。结果两组相比,MBT对切牙垂直方向及转矩和下颌磨牙倾斜角度的控制较好。结论与标准方丝技术相比,MBT的支抗丧失较少,在临床上是一种简洁而有效的矫治技术。
Objective To evaluate the difference of anchorage between straight wire appliance and standard edgewise appliance for extraction treatment. Methods 60 patients with Angle class Ⅰ malocclusion and crowding were divided into two groups and treated with MBT appliance and standard edgewise appliance respectively. Results MBT appliance is better to control the mesial inclination of molars, the vertical movement and torque of anteriors. Conclusion MBT mechanics is an effective and simple technique.
