平顶山儿童血脂谱水平及相关因素分析

摘要 目的了解平顶山儿童血脂谱水平,为心血管疾病的早期预防提供理论依据。方法对平顶山市258名儿童少年进行体格检查及血脂谱水平测定。结果TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C的水平分别为(3.51±0.77)、(0.96±0.32)、(1.15±0.24)、(1.76±0.62)(单位均为mmol/L);肥胖儿童的TG水平高于体重正常儿童(P<0.01),HDL-C水平低于体重正常儿童(P<0.05);腰臀围比(WHR)与TG水平呈正相关(r=0.216,P<0.01),收缩压与HDL-C水平呈负相关,r=-0.284。结论检测结果可作为平顶山儿童正常血脂谱水平参考值;肥胖,腰臀围比大、血压偏高可作为筛查血脂异常高危儿童的指标。 Objective To explore the normal serum lipid levels and the related factors among children in Pingdingshan city, and to provide basis for preventing cardiovascular diseases early. Methods 258 children aged from 8 to 16 were participated in physical and health status examination. Then their serum lipid levels were determined. Rcsults The levels of total cholesterol(TC )、triglyceride(TG)、high density lipoprotein- cholesterol (HDL- C)、low density lipoprotein- cholesterol (LDL- C) were as follows in turn: (3.51±0.77), (0.96±0.32), (1.15±0.24), (1.76±0.62) ( mmol/L) ; TG levels of overweight,obese children were obviously higher than normal - weight children ( P 〈 0.01 ), but the HDL - C level was lower ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; Childhood waist hip ratio was correlated positively with the TG level ( r = 0.216, P 〈 0.01 ) , systolic pressure ( SP ) was correlated negatively with the HDL - C level ( r = - 0.284, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion overweight,obese, big waist hip ratio and higher blood pressure are risk factors of dyslipidemia in children and can be the indexes in screening high risk children with dyslipidemia in early period.
