摘要
目的:初步建立天津9~14岁女童颈椎骨龄的量化计算方法,为正畸临床诊断和制定治疗计划提供依据。方法:通过对天津地区135名9~14岁女童的X线头颅侧位定位片的第三(C3)、第四(C4)颈椎椎体进行测量分析,观察颈椎体随年龄变化的形态变化规律。结果:C3、C4椎体形态随年龄增长呈规律性变化,根据测量椎体深度和高度比值,建立了天津女童的颈椎骨龄多元回归方程。结论:在常规头颅侧位片上,应用该方法能够迅速得出颈椎骨龄参考值,为临床提供参考。
Objective: To establish a method of estimating cervical vertebral maturation for Tianjin female children and to provide valid reference index for assessing skeletal age while making diagnosis and treatment plan. Methods: 135 Tianjin female children from 9-14 years of age were investigated by lateral cephalometric radiographs. The growth status arid the relationship of 43, 44 cervical vertebra were measured. Results:The shapes of 43, 44 cervical vertebra bodies were varied regularly with the age and a regression formula to obtain cervical bone age was determined by the ratios of vertebral body length and height. Conclusion:Using this formula it may be possible to evaluate cervical bone age on normal cephalometric radiographs.
