非外伤性晶状体脱位的手术治疗

Surgical treatment of no-traumatic dislocated lens

目的:探讨非外伤性晶状体脱位的手术方式及治疗效果。方法:回顾性分析非外伤性晶状体脱位患者30人(40眼),总结病因、晶状体脱位方式、手术方式及术后疗效。结果:手术方式因晶状体脱位方式、晶状体核硬度及眼部并发症而异,患者术后最佳矫正视力较术前有所提高,术中及术后少有严重并发症,仅1例术中行上袢悬吊的患者术后2年发现人工晶状体向颞下方移位。结论:非外伤性晶状体脱位病因复杂,手术难度大,但只要术者有丰富的临床经验和成熟的手术技能,仍可取得比较理想的手术效果。

Objective： To study operative method and therapeutic effect of no-traumatic dislocated lens. Methods： By retrospectively analysing the data of 30 patients （40 eyes） with no-traumatic dislocated lens, the etiological factor, operative method and therapeutic effect were summarized. Results： The operative method was differentiated with the mode of dislocated lens, hardness of nucleus and ocular complications. The best corrected visual acuity （BCVA） of these patients were improved after surgery.There were few severe complication in and after surgery. One artificial lens moved inferotemporally after 2 years of surgery, whose upper-loop was suspended by suture in surgery. Conclusion： The causes of no-traumatic dislocated lens are complex and the surgery is full of difficulties, but preferable surgical effect could be achieved if the surgeon has abundant clinical experiences and surgical skills.
