摘要
通过对国外有关教师组织承诺的文献进行回顾,探讨了教师组织承诺的涵义与结构,对教师组织承诺的前因变量和后果变量进行了评述,并对今后的研究方向进行了展望。
By reviewing foreign literatures on teacher＇ s organizational commitment, the paper discusses the background of teacher＇ s organizational commitment, it summarizes the antecedents and consequences of teacher organizational commitment. Finally, directions for future research in this area are suggested.
