Innovating Educational Methods and Changing Teaching Principles

教学是教师和学生的共同活动,不同的教学内容、不同的学生必然要采用不同的教学方法。在教学实践中,教师要推进教育方法的创新,转变教学理念,即:以书为本向以人为本的转变;传授知识向培养能力转变;教师讲授向学生主体参与转变;"近视教育"向"远视教育"转变;帮助学生解决问题向培养学生的问题意识转化。

Teaching is the common activity between teachers and students. To different content of courses and different students, the author thinks we should adopt different teaching methods. In the teaching practice, the teachers should innovate educational methods and change teaching principles：the change from book-based to human- based; the change from inducting knowiedge to fostering abilities; the conversion from being taught by teachers to students＇ subject participation; the change from near - sighted education to far - sighted education; the conversion from learning to solve problems by the help to developing the students＇ problem consciousness.
