高校社团具有自己的特点,其实践性导向是当代大学生适应严峻的就业形势和未来事业发展的必然选择。本文从划分高校社团的类型入手,分析社团的特点和制约其发展的瓶颈,创新性地提出十大实践活动,建立"新五力模型"的社团文化,搭建高校社团事业成功的平台。

Associations of universities have their own character, the practical goal is an essential choice to suit the poor employment situation and the career development in the future . This paper begins with the distinguishing of different associations, analyzes the character of different associations and the bottleneck of holding its development , then gives a new opinion of ten activities, through the distinguishing from ＂Three Kinds of People＂ and the establishment of＂the New Five Strength Model＂, forming the platform to the path of success in universities.
