构建山西农业产业化合作组织体系的启示——借鉴日本农协的经验

Inspirations to Establish the System of Agriculture Industrialization Organizations in Shanxi Province——Experience from Japanese Agricultural Association

改革开放20年来,山西农业经济得到了飞速发展,农业总产值不断提升,然而,农产品流通不畅却成为目前制约山西农村经济发展和农业产业化发展的重要因素。日本的农协组织作为农业产业化的有效载体,在推进日本农业市场化、促进农业规模经营和产业化等方面发挥了重要作用。山西应该借鉴日本农协的经验,在市场机制下重新构建新型的农业组织体系,解决农业产业组织载体缺失问题,加快农业产业化进程。

Agricultural economy in Shanxi Province has been developing fast in the past 20 years. While the total agricultural production value has been grown speedily, circulating blocking of agricultural production is seriously obstructive to the development of agricultural economy and the industrialization of agriculture. As an effective carrier, agricultural associations in Japan play an important role in marketlisation and industrialization.＂The author suggest using Japanese experience for reference, reconstructing the agricultural organization system under the market mechanism, resolving the problem of lacking the carries of agricultural industrial organizations, and improving the process of agricultural industrialization in Shanxi province.
