摘要
律师是人权保障的实践者,但实践证明律师在执业过程中的权利往往受到多种因素的限制,以致律师的权利得不到保障,其辩护权利得不到充分发挥。本文就我国律师行使辩护权的现状、如何扩充辩护权及律师辩护权行使的司法保障等问题进行探讨。
Lawyers are the practicers of human right but the reality shows that lawyers encounter much limitation and dilemma during the judicial process. The paper makes a research on the present situation of Right to Defend of lawyers and how to protect their right.
