国内外城市林业科学研究的对比分析及对策研究

Comparative Analysis & Countermeasure on Scientific Research of Urban Forestry at Home and Abroad

从研究的规范性、系统性、研究方法与手段、研究内容四个方面开展了国内外城市林业的对比研究,在此基础上提出了加强和改进中国城市林业科学研究能力的5项对策:(1)建设一批国家城市林业科学研究中心;(2)建设一批国家城市林业科技区域创新中心和创新实验基地;(3)以创建森林城市为平台、开展重大研究项目的联合攻关;(4)建议国家林业局成立城市林业司或类似机构以便形成强有力的协调组织中心,提高综合研究开发能力;(5)切实加强国内外的交流与合作。

The paper outspreads comparative analysis of scientific research from four aspects of standardization, systematization, method and means, research content of urban forestry at home and abroad, on the base, it gives also out a proposal of strengthening and improving urban forestry research capabilities from five aspects. The first is to build up a set of national urban forestry scientific research centers. The second is to build up a set of regional urban forestry scientific and technological innovation centers and experiment bases. The third is to brainstorm the important research projects jointly on the platform of building urban forestry. The fourth is the proposal that the national forestry bureau should set up an urban forestry department or the like to form a powerful coordinate center, and to enhance the comprehensive development capability. The fifth is to practically improve the exchange and cooperation with other parts inside and outside China.
