System of victim-offender mediation is one of the important contemporary measures of judicial reforms in the world. Owning to the double values of the criminal settlement in just and efficiency,the criminal settlement system should be reasonably introduced. Aimed at making the reality of social harmony,we should set up Chinese-style system of criminal reconciliation actively in our country.
