摘要
水泥基路面材料在使用过程中常会发生明显的体积收缩趋势,在结构中引起收缩裂缝,降低路面结构耐久性。主要研究利用某些工业废弃物(粉煤灰、矿渣等)和适量的无水石膏,基于钙钒石的形成而引起的膨胀势能,制备一种用于道路混凝土的收缩补偿水泥添加剂。试验结果表明,质量百分比10%以上的此种添加剂可以成功地抵消混凝土的自生体积收缩,达到收缩补偿的目的。
The macroscopic shrinkage of cementitious materials often causes cracking when it is used as paving material and reduces its durability. In this study, a mineral shrinkage-compensating admixture for use in concrete is developed from ,some industrial wastes (fly ash and ground granulated blastfurnace slag), together with some gypsum anhydrate. It takes use of the formation of ettringite. The results of experimental research show that the addition of 10 % (by mass) of this shrinkage-compensating admixture into cement can successfully compensate the autogenous shrinkage of concrete.
