摘要
探讨利用废弃水泥砂浆的有效再生利用途径。经400—800℃热处理后,水泥砂浆形成水泥水化产物的脱水相和砂子的混合物。根据水泥水化产物脱水相具有再水化能力的特点,结合粉煤灰、磷石膏等矿物材料的化学反应特性,组成一个新的胶凝材料体系。在少量化学和矿物助剂的作用下,利用该胶凝材料体系和原砂浆中的砂子可直接制成满足使用要求的建筑干混砂浆。
This paper discussed the efficient method to use rejected cement mortar. After heated at the temperature of 400--800℃, the cement mortar became the dehydrated phases of cement hydrates and sand. According to the rehydration characteristics of dehydrated phases, a kind of new cementious material system can be prepared with gypsum and fly ash. With small amount of chemical additive, this cementious system and sand of rejected cement mortar can be directly got dry-mixed mortar met the application requirements.
