提高沥青拌和设备配料精度的方法与试验研究

Method and Test of Improving Asphalt Mixing Plant Proportioning Accuracy

针对沥青拌和设备生产运行过程中经常出现影响配料精度的溢料、待料、热料仓配料波动大等现象,通过对拌和设备冷料仓进行标定,得出集料产量曲线,找出产量、冷料仓料门高度和皮带转速之间的关系,并进行调节使之保持稳定,从而实现从冷料控制级配,使生产配合比能够更加接近目标配合比,这样就提高了沥青拌和设备的配料精度,确保了沥青混合料的质量。

Aiming at overflow and wait materials in the asphalt mixing plant which influence proportioning accuracy, finding out aggregate flow curve, and the relationship among flow, height of cold feed bins door and rotor speed, by calibrating cold feed bins of asphalt mixing plant. Adjust and keep them stabilization. This can control gradation from cold aggregate, make produce gradation be more close to design gradation, improve proportioning accuracy and assures the quality of HMA.
