摘要
生态旅游人力资源是生态旅游发展的一个重要因素,旅游人力资源是生态旅游的组织者、建设者、维护者。生态旅游人力资源管理中诸多问题制约了武夷山生态旅游业的发展,为实现生态旅游可持续发展应当采取以下措施:树立"以人为本"管理理念、建立符合市场与生态旅游需求管理模式、完善灵活多样的培训机制、强化激励管理等。
Human resource of eco - tourism is an important factor for the development of eco - tourism. Human resource of eco - tourism includes: organizer of eco- traveling, constructor and protector. But the problems with the human resource management of eco- tourism hold back the development of the eco- tourism of Wuyl Mountain. This article points out the following countermeasures to realize the continuous development of eco - tourism: to adopt the managerial idea of "human - centered" ; to set up a managerial model which can meet the demand of the markets and theeco- tourism; improve various training mechanism; strengthen the drive management.
