普通高等教育与高等职业技术教育属于两大教育体系。在市场经济条件下,二者教育思想的共同点是:以搞好德育为本;以抓好智育为基础;以强化体育为保证。二者的区别表现为:普通高等教育实施教学与科研相结合,高等职业教育侧重实学实用;普通高等教育强调普遍性和专业性,高等职业教育突出行业性和适应性;普通高校课程改革注重职业化,高职院校课程改革强调项目化。

Ordinary higher education and advancod vocational and technical education are two different educational systems. On the conditions of market economy ; the similarities between this two educational systems lie in： to center on moral education and to base on intellectual education; to be guaranteed by physical education. The differences between the two systems are： ordinary higher education emphasizes the unity of teaching and research, while advanced vocational education stresses real learning and real function; the former emphasizes universality and specialization, while the latter attaches importanco to professionalism and adaptability; the former stresses the professionalism of curriculum reform, while the latter stresses the poroiect of curriculum reform.
