摘要
印刷电路板的表面缺陷光学检测是利用线阵CCD扫描获取PCB图像,再经过后续处理,找出PCB的表面缺陷。而获取高质量的图像需要一种分布均匀大功率线状光源。介绍了CCD扫描获取PCB图像的原理以及利用多组线光搭建多角度检测光源的设计原理和方法,并进行了理论分析和试验测试,包括在PCB表面图像检测中的应用。
The Automate optical inspection of PCB is acquire the image of PCB with CCD camera. And with further process,find the defaults of PCB. And get a high quality image need a diffusive and high power linear lighter. This article introduce the theory of use CCD scan the i PCB and acquire the image, introduce the theory and method of how to build one multiy-angle lighter, and do theory analysis and experience test,including explain the application in PCB surface inspection.
