Computer-PLC Serial Communication Program Design Based on Component Object Model

通过应用COM技术及对三菱公司FX-2N系列PLC串行通讯协议的分析,建立了用于微机-FX-2NPLC控制器的自动化服务程序的实用模型,并且完成了和上位机用户程序的集成,通过实际的运行测试,成功地对PLC中的参数进行监控和改写。

Through analyzing the serial-communication-protocol of MITSUBISHI FX-2N PLC and using the COM technology, this paper has established the practical model for the automatic service of FX-2N PLC controller. At the same time, it also accomplished the integration with the customer-program in upper main controlling computer. In the actual function test, the program can be used to monitor and modify the parameters of the PLC effectively.
