摘要
阐述了硫酸储罐的设计标准、基本类型及结构设计,分析了硫酸对碳钢的腐蚀及其由此造成的影响。探讨了各种浓度下硫酸储罐的选材、防腐和安全问题,并提出了相应的防腐保护措施,可有效地延长硫酸储罐的使用寿命。
The design criterion, basic types and structural design of sulphuric acid storage tanks have been described in the article and corrosion of sulphuric acid on carbon steel and the impact caused been analyzed as well. In addition, it approaches the issues on material selection, anti -corrosion and safety of the storage tanks under various sulphuric acid concentrations and puts forward some anti -corrosion measures, which can effectively extend the service life of sulphuric acid tank.
