判断党在某一历史时期以什么理论体系为指导,党的指导思想正确与否,既要看党的重要会议和文献是如何规定的,又要看事实上的情况如何,而且更重要的是后者。中共"二大"虽在会议及会议文献中没有使用"毛泽东思想"的概念,也没有明确规定我们党的事业必须以毛泽东思想为指导,但从中共"二大"自身以及中共"二大"以来的实践效果和理论发展来看,实际上已确立了毛泽东思想在全党的指导地位。
