思想政治教育是一项极其复杂而又有规律可循的系统工程。大学生政治思想品德形成的源泉与基础、发展动力、心理结构、同时性与渐进性、长期性和反复性等因素决定的复杂性及其体现的基本规律,要求教育者在实施思想政治教育时要做到全面育人、全程育人、全员育人、全方位育人,以追求综合效应。

Moral education is a systematic program; although complicated, it has inert some laws to be followed. The sources and motives, psychological structure, simultaneousness and gradualness, lasting and recurring nature - all these factors in the development of students＇ moral integrity determine its complexity and show its basic laws. This demands us to be complete, thorough and comprehensive in our work so as to ensure comprehensive effects.
