University students are the most important part of youth, the very valuable resource of person with ability, and the main power for propagandizing and establishing the harmonious society. It is quite significant to propagandize and build up socialist concept of honor and disgrace , to establish socialist harmonious society, and to reinforce and improve ideological and political education of university students through surveying the essence of ideological and political education for university students from the view of serving harmonious society, understanding its profound connotation, grasping its radical requirement, and establishing effective work system.
