Primitive Study on Inflammatory Markers′ level in Metabolic Syndrome

摘要 目的:探讨超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞(WBC)、中性粒细胞(NEU)等炎症标志物在代谢综合征(MS)患者血液中的变化水平。方法:对470名参加体检的中老年人相关指标进行测量,其中包括hsCRP、WBC、空腹血糖(FPG)、甘油三脂(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白结合胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白结合胆固醇(LDL-C)、身高、体重、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)等。将所得数据按包含MS组成成分数(n′)分组进行统计学分析。结果:随着研究对象n′增多,hsCRP增高,且hsCRP与BMI(basic mass index,身高/体重2)、TG、FPG、SBP、DBP呈显著正相关;与HDL-C呈负相关。MS组与非MS组之间WBC、NEU水平存在显著差异。结论:研究表明随着n′的增加,hsCRP、WBC与NEU有增高的趋势,MS患者处于慢性亚临床炎症状态,可能是MS最终发展为心血管疾病(CVD)的主要原因之一。 Objective:To investigate the elevation of the level of hsCRP,WBC and other inflammatory markers in metabolic syndrome (MS). Methods: 470 Beijing adult inhabitants were entered our study, and the datas including hsCRP, WBC, height, weight, FPG, TG ,TC ,and BP were measured and statistically analyzed according to the main number of the MS components. Results :In the target group there was a significant association between hsCRP and the number of MS components. While the number added the hsCRP levels also showed a significant rise. Furthermore, there was the positive association between hsCRP and BMI, TG, TC, etc, and the negative correlation between hsCRP and HDL-C. The WBC and neutrophils of MS group were significantly higher than the non-MS. Conclusions :There is chronic subclinical inflammation in MS, which deteriorated with the increase of the number of MS components and may be relevant to the CVD occurrence.
